Started off in Helsinki in 1997, Rapture was, according to their own words  “Finland's finest Death/Doom export you may find.”. And they were not wrong, including old Katatonia vibes mixed with catchy melodies and tunes. Rapture members have been involved in the Scandinavian metal scene being main acts in bands such as Shape Of Despair, Finntroll or Thy Serpent until today.
